Slavomír Glos was born in 1978 in Bojnice in a family of an engineer and a musician.
From 1986 he started to go to music school in Prievidza to V. Štefan’s class. Then in 1993 he was accepted to Conservatory in Žilina in the violin class of M. Balážová. Still a student of the sixth class, he succeeded in a tender for a member of the second violin section in Slovak Sinfonietta (State Chamber Orchestra) in Žilina.
In 2006 Slavo Glos successfully graduated his studies at Žilina University aimed at music education – violin play. Besides being a violinist, he is also active as a non-professional singer and art manager; he sings in Rozkvet – a mixed choir of teachers in Prievidza, in a vocal band Cosmopolitan Singers, plays in various string bands and also takes part in various art projects and theater and film music composition.
